I had a speech therapist from 2nd-12th grade. I can't say any of it helped besides being able to speak to someone without worrying about my stutter. It wasn't until after highschool, trying to figure out what worked for me personally in the real world that I saw improvement. Its worthless unless the teacher has overcome a stutter themselves imo.
