Lowkey same, regret not learning sign language for free when I was younger. My speech therapist has said mine isn't to bad, but that's only because I'm comfortable around her. In the outside world, not all the time. But I physically can't talk alot of the time(block, have lost my voice multiple times forcing myself to speak)
