The struggle of practicing for a speech/job interview

The struggle of practicing for a speech/job interview I have a mild stutter. It used to be much worse in my childhood and teenagehood but I’m now able to hide my it pretty well (I’m 24). That said, anything speech I need to rehearse is so hard for me to learn and master. For example, I’m working on a “tell me about yourself” speech to use as a template for my future job interviews and I can’t get myself to even read it without stuttering. Not only that, but I’m physically drained after 5 min of practice, which is so frustrating because I don’t typically stutter that much anymore. I know it’s probably due to anxiety but it sucks that it’s having such an impact on my speech even when I’m rehearsing alone at home. Just venting lol but would love some advice if anyone has some :)
