Yes I had. The key here is the work. Follow the methods as you said it. You won´t solve stuttering reading a concept or understanding a big truth. You can´t solve it like a math problem. You HAVE to apply yourself. Put on the work neccesarily for change. Mindset change. Belief system change. Trauma understanding and forgiveness. To confront the shame and guilt. There are multiple ways you can help yourself via work to reduce your stuttering. I would go further. There is a unique way to every individual to improve their fluency. You have to learn, adapt and put the work. You will progress a 100% no doubt. There has been many. Is not that rarre and not that hard. Here are some good books that helped me: * Re-defining Stuttering * Speech is a river * Bob Bodenhamer (Can´t remember the name but he is the author) * Trauma; the invisible epidemia But remember... the answer is not on the words. They can help you so much. Then is on you to put on the work.
