Hey. Not for me but is it very common. I think it is because of the following reasons: 1) Since your name is usually the first word or sentence you said on a conversation you don´t want to start the interaction stuttering. So you get anxious. 2) Since you probably have stutter on the past saying your name, now on future events you anticipate and create anxiety issues causing likely to stutter. You made your name a "fear word" 3) Many times you have to said your name to a number or group of people. The public make it more dificult to speak fluenty. I recommend you too try to observe the anticipation by focusing on the thought itself. Whenever you feel the urge just notice is there. Dont fight it or try to avoid it. Just be there present. In time it will lose it power and feel less of a thread because indeed, the thought can´t harm you. The anticipation feed of your unconsciousness. On your inability to look it on the face. Whenever you resist it gets stronger. Whenever you run or avoid it gets bigger. Just stay there, calm and believe in your heart it will pass. God bless.
