You just try your best in other aspects of life. If you have bad grades or poor work ethic, focus on improving that. If you're out of shape and run out of breath going up the stairs, then work on that. If you're lonely and have no friends, join fun local extracurriculars or sports clubs on websites like meetup.com and connect with the people there. If your diet sucks and you eat out a lot, learn how to cook a and reduce your consumption of processed foods and bad carbs. I know all this can be hard if you have depression and poor self-esteem due to your stutter but atleast you can work these things with baby steps and take your time. And if you fall off the wagon, you can get back on and keep trying.
