Thanks so much for this input. Based on comments we are choosing to completely ignore it since he doesn’t seem bothered by it at the moment. I do think if his frustration returns and persists we will consult an SLP but it makes sense that it may only contribute to the problem as well. Thanks again for taking the time to respond!
