Oh I’m not silent. I say yes to every speaking thing and try my best to build a bullet proof mentality especially around my speech, which is arguably my biggest insecurity. But stuttering didn’t help me do this. My desire to succeed and be the best me did this. I promise I understand what you are trying to say, but for me, I can’t be thankful that I am sitting here on this subreddit low key obsessing over the fact I had my most dysfluent day in months and wondering how long this period of bad speech/ relapse is going to last and how to nip it in the bud. I am having a stuttering relapse and Idk what to do, I’m not a better person for it.
