I sure do. That's why I'm in here! :) I've had some speech therapy when I was a kid, which mostly consisted in breathing exercises (probably from some older theoretical background). I don't know if it made much of a difference. I've also had some later when I was around 20 (can't quite remember), where I got to talk about my stutter and the various aspects I perceived of it. The speech therapist realized I was kind of already aware of the stuff I needed to be aware of, and the basic exercises didn't appeal to me over time, so we decided to discontinue the visits. The important thing is to try it. It may take more work than you expect, but it's worth a shot. I've had many conversations over the years where I explain my stutter and how I perceive it. I think that may be a good exercise in and of itself. I think it helps us being better at handling the surprises that stutter throws at us.
