Sorry I'm not sure which is best, but it's probably very individual based on whichever one you're actually deficient in. Though I'm guessing B12 would be mostly for extreme cases of deficiency. I'd say magnesium/b1 seems to be the most promising for most of us. Personally they work pretty well for me, I get less tension in my mouth/jaw area when speaking which is a great feeling.
