Is it normal to nod your head while speaking or this a secondary behaviour?

Is it normal to nod your head while speaking or this a secondary behaviour? I tend to nod my head a lot when I speak. Do normal people keep their head still when they talk? I’ve noticed some YouTubers move their heads while some people don’t.. Nodding my head while talking makes it easier for me to get words out..
