Id put 1 for all except for the phone part (I think it's closer to a 2 for me ). I dotn necessarily stutter as in repeat syllables but my stutter does creep in. What usually happens when I pickup the phone is I get a block as soon as a I begin to say what I wanna say, and that inability to get certain words out stays throughout the phone call
