Probably not. It's not any sort of verified mechanism. But of course, you might try it and see if it works for you. However, it still wouldn't be certain that it actually was working for you, since your stutter could improve for numerous other reasons. Not that this matters much with regards to the actual improvement, though. So yeah, learn to rap, and then see how things go from there. :)
