Lol I've entertained this hypothetical a lot of times! If it were a *guaranteed* lifelong cure with no side effects, I'd probably happily take a loan to fork out something ridiculous like 1-2 million dollars. I'd probably be able to recoup most of the cost over my lifetime by expanding my employment opportunities, but even if that weren't the case, the increased quality of life and the improvement to my health, inner-peace, self-esteem, social life, love life, etc, would make it worth it.
