None, actually. I never had the money for speech therapy growing up. Now that I do, I’ve found that my own methods have been working for me. I discovered that the better I feel about myself, the less I stutter — so that’s what I focus on. Simple things help: cooking myself good meals, working out in front of a mirror, staying mentally grounded. Over time, I reached a place of acceptance — like, yes, I stutter, and that’s okay. I just try to do my best with what I can control. It’s that mental shift — from fighting it to accepting it — that changed everything for me.
