For me it’s when I’m talking about something I know a lot about I’m fine, but if I’m answering someone or reading aloud it gets pretty bad, especially with certain letters and sounds. It sure is different for all of us, I’m no speech therapist but I’ve found the best way to avoid the blockages is to divert around them - try using alternate words or phrases that are easier to say.
