I dont know what video it is but I experienced that when my son was born. I could talk to him for hours with no blocks or any hesitation. It wasn't until he was able to understand what I was saying that I started stuttering with him. Now he's about to be 8 and he knows and understands my stutter. I stutter with him probably the least than anyone else but it is still very noticable.
