i’m truly going through the same thing. (i also turn 20 this week) it’s gotten severe over the last few months and i don’t know why. it’s been making me extremely depressed. my stutter was pretty mild and the traditional type for a long time but for the past 2 years it’s definitely turned into more of a block and more severe over the last few months. i can’t even say the word thank you anymore and i get the most weird looks after being so friendly at first. (such as smiling when saying hello or what not) i’ve decided to see my primary care soon to see if i can be referred so i can go back to speech therapy after many years of being away from it. it’s literally my last hope :( even slowing down doesn’t even help anymore. i’m glad i’m not the only one going through this. i’m here to chat if you’d like to talk about it more personally or need to vent!! :)
