I workout every two days (sometimes two days in a row) and it does wonders for self esteem. If you have social anxiety like me and don't want to go to a gym, all you need is a couple of kettle bells and dumbells. There's so many different kettle bell work outs and I just create a routine of 5-6 different workouts for each day. I do 3 sets of those workouts and drink a protein shake afterwards. You'll see improvements in good time. Just don't eat like shit and cut back on your drinking if you want the best results.
