Not VR, but I use an app called DAF that provides delayed auditory feedback, with the delayed feedback, I focus on forming the words and perfecting the sounds. My speech pace becomes slightly delayed/slower (it’s not noticeably slower by any means), but it works well to enforce slow, conscious, speech.
