Man that's so rough, I'm really sorry to hear. Do you tell them you stutter beforehand? I honestly don't know too much to say other than finding action to take to give you confidence in your speech. If it were me, having a speech pathologist who really understands the issue and able to work towards the specific goal of interviews would help me rebound and give me hope. I'd also feel less alone in this battle.
