Has anyone overcome their blocks? How? I don't stutter or block on the word when it's just me by myself. I have no trouble with it by myself but in public, the brain fog hits, I go into flight/fight/freeze and literally my brain/mind HURTS when I think or try to say that word. I understand that this is definitely my brain trying to protect me.. but if I can't even get the word out in the first place in public, how do I overcome it? I can hear/feel myself straining to get it out and I can hear the breath but there's no sound.. I can't make that sound.. The thing is the brain fog makes me brain really hurt..
