hi bro, i am 2025 ECE grad from india, i have stammering problem from my childhood days, due to my insecurity of speaking i didn't even apply for placements so i lost 60 to 70 placements and at last , i tried ,gave interview ,went terrible but failed many times, but my interest was product design part, so i thought getting design role from non design college in off campus that too for stammer is impossible , i was in illusion for months ,so i didn't apply for any jobs until last month, overtime my portfolio was ready and started applying for jobs many HRs called me, but this was unexpected to me ,many people in the industry supported me ,they said stammering wont be an issue, every human has problem ,so i felt some what safe,1 week back i had the interview at good design studio ,there were 3 round of interviews(2tech+1HR), i admitted that i have stammering problem and stuttered many times in interview ,but they supported me at every instance , what they wanted is my skill and work not my communication, i know communication is important, but there is always room to improve, some people can be judgemental but many are willing to help out, just face the interview , whatever can happend ,do your duty results will be decided by gods/universe good luck
