I’m only 17 and have been stuttering my whole life. Ofc I happen to be the most extroverted person, but usually when I stutter no one says anything or I preface it beforehand. I think slowing down and like dragging your words helps me (i learned it in Speech Therapy). Also talking deep breaths and then ripping off like 10 words can also be helpful as well. A focal point of my job is taking phone orders and I most definitely stutter in the phone and I just speed past it lol
