To me, it is what it is. Comedians may have a joke about it here and there, or someone may say "did I stutter " but I think obesity gets joked on way more. Gay jokes, racial jokes are way more prominent imo. Comedy and jokes are apart of life. As long as it's not done maliciously or to hurt people, then it's cool.
