Does Stuttering affect your chances in getting a job

Does Stuttering affect your chances in getting a job I just did an introduction video for a job I am applying to and I am so nervous about it. It made sure to notify them that I was a Stutterer but I can't help but feel like it will affect my chances anyway. I applied for another job and I really hope I get called up for an interview but what if my Stuttering affects my chances? Anyone have any tips, advice or answers on if Stuttering affects your chances of getting hired?
