There’s lots of things you can try. Techniques that some people find helpful are: prolonged speech (I find this helps with my blocking), soft contacts and easy onsets. Some people also find self-advertising (i.e. telling people that you stutter) can take some of the pressure off. Also voluntary stuttering can actually be helpful and help you take control of when and how much you stutter. You can find lots of information about these approaches by searching online.
