Almost 5 year old daughter is stuttering a lot

Almost 5 year old daughter is stuttering a lot Almost 5, she is stuttering like this: Iiiiiiiiiiii ... Iiiiiiiiii.. Iiiiiiii... really like that unicorn! Bia-Bia-Bia-Bia-cause (Because) I think it's funny! She is currently seeing a speech therapist weekly, but I don't know if she's learning enough, and I haven't seen any improvements and she actually seems to be getting worse. She recently was dropped off at camp and was crying hysterically (which she has never ever done before). She is so scared to speak now, so I am worried she will not gain the confidence in herself. As parents, we try to be patient and not correct her, and just let her speak the way she wants to speak. I am not sure what to do. Find a new therapist or just continue the plan.
