My stammer is bad. Really bad. I've worked in a stressful public service job for 15 years. My stammer doesn't matter to my bosses. They're happy with my work and knowledge of the job. They also supported me joining the Equalities Panel and Disabled Support Group. TLDR - if you have a good boss and you're good at your job, your stammer won't matter.
