I can definitely relate to this. Growing up I was not very attractive and later in my 20s through hard work and growing into my features I became conventionally attractive. Since I have a stutter I am not the most social person and I tend to avoid interacting with strangers. I have noticed that many people take offence to this. Many people assume I am stuck up and cold or they take it personally and think I have a problem with them lol.
