It seems to me lack of social interactions made your stuttering worse significantly. And I found out many people including PWS themselves are holding wrong perceptions of stuttering, because stuttering is not a disadvantage, this is literally a DISABILITY. Would u feel inferior if u were blind, deaf, amputated, etc.? And I have no recommended articles or videos but if you are asking how to boost self-confidence I think cognitive-behaviour therapies(done offline or you can also conduct by youself via books articles videos etc., and I am an example) might help or you can also find inspiring quotes, videos or articles from this sub, discord server and other stuttering communities, at least you can be helped. If u are glad to you can also check my last post on this sub but that is just my case so maybe will misfire on you but still hope that can help you a lot :)
