From my experience, yes. I’m taking alprazolam (aka Xanax) and antidepressants for panic attacks and social anxiety, and I am having much less blocks. Probably because the majority of my blocks were due to speech/social anxiety. I feel like antidepressants were more helpful than anti-anxiety meds in the long run though.
