I was in the same situation as you a couple years back. My solution was two prong: -first practice, practice, practice. As some others posted, It needs to become muscle memory by the time of the wedding. -second, my speech was a storyline supported by a ppt presentation. It made it so much easier to get through it. Everybody's attention was on the photos and I felt less pressure to deliver. The jokes landed and everybody was eager to see the next slides. Honestly, I was a nervous wreck but it worked out really well and people loved it.The applause felt like a cold shower on a hot day. Such a relief! Disclosure :I also did a couple of shots with my buddies to loosen up a bit.( But take this with a grain of salt as it can backfire if you overdo it) You got this!
