I worked as a phone operator for a market research institute when I used to be a teenager. My performance was above average, but it wasn't very hard since 90% of the text I had to speak were on the screen in front of me. About 10% was improvisation. If you really do it every day it will get easier since a big part of stuttering is the axienty behind it I guess
