Made a call and did not have to say my name! Yay technology! I had to call to renew my medical marijuana card today and the person who answered already knew who I was because my phone number came up in her system. But, she clearly also had my record open too and when I asked her about it, she said the system pulls up the record automatically when patients call! Thank you, technology! You made me life much easier today.
