Mine was pretty severe. So therapy never helped me get over it. As I got older, I just learned ways to get past the blocks. When I say the things that help me, everyone always says it's bad. But I'm 40 now, and I do what I can to get by and if it helps, it helps. Usually when I get past breaking the barrier of a block, I can coast through pretty easily. When the block happens, I either kind of sternly say "SO" and then what I'm going to say. Or I'll take a breath and on the 1st word, I'll breathe out heavily during the 1st word. Like I said, it's the introductions and starting off a sentence is where I struggle the most.
