I don't mean to Debbie downer, but a lot of techniques or tips posted are moreso tricks and tricks generally don't last or work when you need them. Some can be counter productive. I have two questions to start with: 1. Do you live in the US? 2. What do you work on with your speech therapist? Are they a board certified in fluency disorders (stuttering)? Ok that's three questions but please humor me.
