Benzos, can’t remember if it’s Ativan or Xanax off the top of my head. I seldom take them, but it does seem to keep me calm. I can’t say whether it helps with stuttering though, but it probably does a bit. I’ve also had good luck with a Holy Basil, it’s a supplement that’s available at health food stores.
