First off children cure stuttering spontaneously doesn't mean their stuttering will never relapse as aging. Moreover it doesn't mean they will necessarily stutter forever that they still stutter past 6 or 7. We cannot conclude the threshold age when they will stutter forever if they still stutter. I think if your children are really suffering from teasing and bullying too much and they cannot deal with them then it's time you took them to therapists.
