This is a life dilemma for people who stutter. Me personally, I have never applied for jobs where you need to speak to customers a lot. Not because I avoid it but because my education is more aimed towards economics and therefore I'm usually applying for office jobs. Therefore I think they don't really care that much if I can speak fluently, I just have to be adequate at doing the job. The thing is, I don't have any tips for you. Because I can tell you to just relax but when you're sitting there in some room you can't be relaxed. You can't force yourself to be relaxed, it has to be naturally. I can tell you to talk slow but once you're sitting there you'll fall back into talking fast because of nerves. I think you get the point. One advice I can give you is this, make sure your CV is strong. Have a good education, maybe even a master's degree and use education as your way into a company.
