I don't know whether i should say this or not but That exact thing happened to me few years back when i stuttered so badly in my dream like what u described ( i never stuttered that hard in my life ever before this dream) and few days after this dream for the first in my life i stuttered so badly that word couldn't come out... basically this dream was like a trigger for me ..if u don't mind can u update on me whether something like this if happens in ur future... because if we both have this same trigger its very important for some reasearch.
