I do. if I'm reading aloud in a language I'm not fluent in yet, for example I've started learning Japanese about a year ago and even though I'm completely alone, reading aloud does make me stutter, especially when trying to match the speed of the reader I'm trying to imitate. what made things better is reading (or talking) slowly, as usual. And yea I don't understand why tbh, as it doesn't seem to be about confidence sometimes.
