At my job, we sometimes teach how to instruct direct into a camera, and I've found the advice they offer is actually pretty effective in my own stutterings. The goal is to look into the lens and pretend you're talking on the phone with a loved one, allow your eyes to wander just past your target and pretend you're talking with someone you trust the most.
