Try these tips: 1. Try to locate the block. It might be in your stomach, chest or throat (It can also come as negative reflexive thoughts in your mind). 2. Take a breath or simply wait a second, and you should feel the block easy up. 3. Try the word you are blocking on (without any repetition or "um" etc sounds _ideally_ but it's alright in the start) and you will get the word out clearly or with minimum stuttering. 4. To do all this, start by talking a bit slowly. And remember, it will take a long time for your body to learn this "unblocking" mechanism instinctively. Please ask if you have any questions ✌️🙏
