Omg BRAVOOO!!! This document is unbelievably helpful. I always hear tips about reducing stutter but never heard this type of advice (sorry if that doesn’t make sense lol). But like omgggggg, I never thought of not moving my tongue can cause stutter blocks. I just realized that if I feel panic/know I’m going to stutter, I will stopped moving my tongue which is obv a bad habit. I haven’t read the whole thing but I just want to write this reply right away since I’m so amazed and shocked by this document!!!!! Today, I will try to build tolerance against my stuttering anticipation/fear. It’s going to be hard but hopefully it will be a cure to my stuttering and end this misery. THANK YOUUUUU :DDDDD ur examples of like studying in a busy subway and subconsciously walking is sooo good. It made me understand and get what ur trying to convey to ur audience. I’m mind blown by this document!!! I hope u don’t mind me printing this pdf since I’m better with reading on physical paper than digital in general and I like to annotate and highlight. I’ll try my best on sharing this document to other people becuz this masterpiece deserves more recognition!!!! U came up with all of these advice and insights by urself!?!?!
