Vitamin B1 works I posted here two weeks ago that I would try 300mg/daily vitamin B1. It works to some noticeable extent. I can definitely sense more fluency. Also, it helps me sleep much better. I'm excited about adding Magnesium in the following days. By the way, I got Soldner brand of Thiamin from Amazon
