I like the book self therapy for the stutterer by malcolm fraiser. It is free to download and read. Are there teaching positions available at your current school? I have always found it hard to get in the door, but easy to progress and get promotions once I am in. I do what you do with interviews and disclose that I stutter. I try to make the speaking situation easier. The interviewer is just another person rather than a person of authority. There are probably better jobs than this. This is more practice than the real thing etc. Shifting that mindset helps me a bunch. I still find it difficult. Fortunately, I am work in a technical field and have multiple ways to demonstrate my competence.
