Yes, my block only comes when I have to say a planned sentence, or an exact word. Especially if I'm trying to share what someone else said, for example, telling someone a story about a conversation and trying to say what was said by someone. I'll have to try and modify it a bit otherwise I block. I cannot say it word for word. I think it must be something in my brain about recalling things, it's so odd and annoying.
