What do you do? You go ahead and embarass yourself in front of your peers, is what you do! :) But of course, you could think of it differently: You could think of it like you _choose_ to stutter in front of your peers, because that's how you talk, and you want to talk. You _choose_ to talk! Don't worry if the sounds don't come out exactly as you wanted them to. It doesn't matter, as long as you're communicating, like you wanted. - Or, as /u/MrSaiyan_333_ says, contact the teachers. Contact the class, even! Don't trap yourself in a world of trying to hide or flee from something like this.
