I totally understand this! To this day I dislike having to introduce myself!! something that helps me is knowing that nobody really gives a shit. it may seem like your stutter episode is going to be the talk of the school but I can guarantee that nobody will even bring it up! the ones who do are just shitty people. I've been out of school for about three years now and I wish I would've had this mindset back then!!
